It's been just over a year since we officially launched Lemon Box Beauty's Pro-Tip Waterproof Eyeliner, and its hands down my favorite makeup product that we carry. And I'm not just saying that because I'm the owner.

Prior to running and owning my beauty brand, E.L.F. Cosmetics was my go-to for achieving winged liner looks, but the precision of their tools was just a little off. Still, I always made it work. I mean, imagine it's 2016 and thick, heavy winged liners were all the rage, but it was so difficult to achieve the perfect wing with not the greatest tools. Fast forward to 2024, I was on the hunt for the perfect formula of my wildest dreams.

I honestly impressed myself with the time I introduced a new design. I hadn't toyed with branding our Pro-Tip Eyeliner and Luminous Lift Mascara with it before, not realizing this was the look Lemon Box Beauty was missing. Soon enough, a cohesive, consistent design was on all our product labels, signage, and merchandise.

I, of course, was most excited about our eyeliner, as were our customers. One customer who has always stood out to me is Kathleen Day. Man, oh man, she is a jack of all trades—her creativity is otherworldly. From life coach @coach.kday,Artist @artist.kday Photography @creative.consultant.kday, to Journalism @hello.peppermagazine & @thealchemist.and.thebutterfly Kat can do a lot, and one of her many talents is a mean winged liner that turns heads when she walks into a room. Our favorite customer that always uses, endorses and just genuinely loves our products, the best customer anyone could ask for.

Despite the beautiful branding and displays, as an independent makeup brand, we need to make some money to keep reinvesting in YOU. We are hitting right before the busy season with our Pro-Tip Eyeliner already sold out—a girl's worst nightmare.
